My name is Chloe and I would like to support you in your journey to living a more fulfilled life. I believe that therapy can allow us the time and space to help reflect and understand ourselves better. This in turn helps us to facilitate personal growth, limit internal conflict and reduce anxiety. Research has shown that the basis for a successful outcome in therapy is a good therapeutic relationship, and so building a strong working alliance is something I prioritise in sessions.
