When things are difficult or overwhelming it can be useful to get emotional support and talk to someone to understand ourselves and our situations better. We may need another person to help us make sense of our experiences so we can move through them. We may be feeling anxious, depressed, lost or stuck. We may not know what the problem is, but our usual ways of coping don't seem to be up to the task and we can no longer ignore that something feels wrong.
