I am a warm and encouraging person-centred Counsellor with a particular focus on bereavement, grief and loss. Our experience of grief and loss is unique and personal to ourselves, whether coping with the death of a loved one, the loss of our job, beloved pet or navigating the breakdown of a relationship. There is no ‘right way’ to grieve – you might be experiencing feelings of deep sadness and longing, but you may also experience emotions such as fear, anxiety, anger, or guilt.
