I specialise in supporting adults experiencing grief, bereavement and loss, including recent loss, sudden death, anticipatory grief, and long-standing or complicated grief. I also work with trauma connected to loss. Losing someone can feel disorientating, isolating and overwhelming. You may feel stuck, numb, angry, guilty or unsure how to move forward. I offer a calm, compassionate space where you can talk openly about your experience without pressure, judgement, or expectation to “move on”.
