Hello, my name is Claire. I'm an integrative, trauma-informed counsellor and supervisor, working in private practice in County Durham. I work on a 1-1 basis with adults in person, and remotely, via telephone and zoom. I believe there are many ways to understand human psychology and wellbeing, therefore I work holistically with clients, integrating theories and approaches to suit their individual needs.
