I am a passionate, fully qualified (MBACP) therapist. I offer a safe non judgemental, empathetic space for you to work through life's challenges. My aim is for you to feel truly heard and validated. I understand that the thought of therapy can be daunting but I will walk alongside you on this journey. Therapy enables clients to fully understand their self and come to decisions that align with who they are. Part of our work may be to set some goals that you wish to achieve through therapy.
