About

I am an accredited Counsellor & Psychotherapist with the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP). I work with adults (16 and above) offering in person and video sessions via Zoom. In-person sessions are located at The Plex, Wakefield, WF1. My previous experience includes teaching on counselling and psychotherapy courses (at Leeds Beckett University and Metanoia Institute). Life is full of challenges. At times we need help to find a way through.
