(Currently practising solely online) I will take a few basic details in our initial session, and ask you to expand on what your goals are in coming to therapy. I will try to demonstrate the ways in which I work during our first meeting, and explain further how psychodynamic therapy may help in understanding repetitive patterns of behaviour. I try to put people at their ease as I appreciate the courage it may take to begin, or return to, therapy.
