My counselling training and background are in existential-humanistic psychotherapy. Since people are different and unique, the needs they are bringing to therapy will differ each time and I believe it is important for a therapist to be receptive to that. That is why I choose a pragmatic and flexible stance in my work with clients. This means that I try to tailor my approach to the needs of the individual, while remaining consistent with my chosen model of therapy.
