I work with adults, young people and have had clients as young as 6 years old. I always arrange a free consultation of around 15-30 mins to begin, this ensures we are a good match for the journey you want to embark on. Full sessions are a full hour which isn’t always the case in this industry. I use a wide range of techniques from different modalities ensuring each client gets the experience they need for their healing.
