I am a BACP and UKCP registered counsellor and psychotherapist. I work with children, adolescents, young adults, adults and elder individuals in an attachment, trauma and resilience informed way. My practice is an integrative counselling and psychotherapy, using theories and activities or tools that best suit the individual(s). For younger clients, I tend to use play therapy, which helps them express deeper feelings that may be difficult to articulate.
