I am a qualified psychotherapist based in Market Harborough, having trained at the Leicester Centre for Psychodynamic Counselling. I aim to facilitate a space in which people can begin to understand themselves to a greater extent through exploring past experiences. I am also interested in how our connection to the natural world can provide a greater understanding of the psyche and how this can aid mental and physical wellbeing.
