I offer a complimentary 30 minute introductory session online. This will allow us to explore what your needs are, sometimes this can be emotionally charging, as it may be the first time you have felt attentively listened to. Following this, we can arrange a time to meet up online or in person. I work from comfortable therapy rooms, situated in St Albans town centre. Our session will last 50 minutes and ideally we will meet at the same time each week.
