I see individual adults for either long term or short term counselling and therapy, depending on the needs of the client. The sessions are 50 minutes long and the fee is £55 per session. Short term, or time limited, counselling would be for 12 sessions. Longer term therapy would be for 6 months or longer. I also see couples for couples counselling and this can be for long or short term, depending on the needs of the couple. The sessions are 50 minutes long and the fee is £70 for the couple.
