Life can sometimes be stressful, challenging and unfulfilling, and this can deeply affect our emotional and physical well being. We can feel sad, angry or scared in a way that makes life and relationships seem overwhelming or impossible. Whilst it may feel difficult to ask for help, I have found that providing a safe, confidential environment, with a relaxed, non-judgemental, encouraging style, allows clients to feel that they can be open and to work through what has brought them to therapy.
