I offer a free 30-minute consultation in person, online or by telephone, during which we can see how we feel about working together. Sessions are 50 minutes on a weekly or fortnightly basis either in person or online. I am a qualified Pluralistic Therapeutic Counsellor and the Person Centred approach underpins all my therapeutic work.
