Life can be very challenging at times full of ups and downs. We can get stuck and overwhelmed in certain situations and this is when psychotherapy and counselling can help. For many years I have worked in the City of London in a corporate and high pressured environment, I have an understanding of how the challenges of working in the City can sometimes trigger addictive behaviors, anxiety or depression.
