I am an experienced, person-centered counsellor offering an integrative counselling therapy incorporating person-centered and psycho-dynamic approaches. I work in the here and now, exploring a wide range of issues including anger, anxiety, depression, past trauma, loss, relationship problems, and low self esteem.
