I hold a first class Honours degree in Psychology and Counselling and have over 20 years of experience in helping and supporting others with life's challenges. Many of my clients state that they feel better and more positive even after just 2 or 3 sessions. I have always been passionate about psychology and although I can help with many different forms of mental health issues I do have a special interest in general anxiety, health anxiety, OCD, addictions and infidelity.
