My sessions are 50 minutes long with 10 minutes at the end to summarize and close, pay and organize our next meeting. I'll never tell you what to do, but suggest ways in how to look at things in a stronger way. I'll help you to look at your thought patterns; notice when and why your nervous system is activated, and the life scripts you might be living by. Prior to our first session, I often send out a simple questionnaire beforehand, which is optional.
