I have worked with children for over 30 years in a wide range of settings initially as a primary school teacher and for the last 8 years as a counsellor. I am a person centered , integrative counsellor who specialises in working with pre teens, young people and adults. My humanistic approach to therapy is also informed by attachment theory, self compassion and mindfulness. I am currently working as a school counsellor in a local primary school .I also have a private practice in Ilkley.
