I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor offering online and telephone counselling for adults and young people across London and the UK. I have experience across NHS IAPT services, Mother and Baby Units, and a range of mental health settings, alongside supporting young adults with disabilities. These roles have given me the privilege of working with people from diverse backgrounds and age groups, each facing their own emotional challenges and life transitions.
