Therapy is often a very important element of our lives. We come to it because life has shaped us in a way that leaves us feeling stuck, or behaving against our own sense of choice and values. Afterwards, we wonder why we are doing what we're doing - trying to fight with shame and confusion, believing the worst of ourselves and our futures. I therefore have a particular interest in working with clients to help them recognise and address their conditioning and trauma.
