After a successful career in commerce, experiences in my own life taught me how counselling could bring about positive and significant changes in people’s lives. This led me in the direction of professional training. My clinical practice is directed by a sound theoretical knowledge base in humanistic counselling and integrated with current therapeutic strategies including cognitive behavioural and solution focussed theories and underpinned by a trauma-informed framework.
