I am a BACP accredited counsellor and trainer working with both adults and children. Although my work is largely based on the psychodynamic model, I use an integrative approach to best meet your needs. I offer weekly sessions at an agreed time. Each session lasts 50 minutes. The sessions can be shorter or longer term. Sometimes difficult feelings can stand in the way of us living our lives as we wish to.
