I offer both short-term counselling and long-term psychotherapy for individuals and couples. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in psychodynamic theory. For individuals, we begin with an initial consultation to explore what brings you to therapy, your background, and what you hope to gain. This is followed by six sessions, after which we review progress. At that point, you may choose to end or continue our work.
