I am an integrative therapist which means I use the most appropriate approach (Person-Centred, CBT, EMDR or mindfulness) to help my clients with their current problems (i.e. Social Anxiety - not able to socialise with friends) while working toward their goals collaboratively (i.e. meet a friend for coffee).
