My core training is in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). CBT is an evidence-based approach that examines the connection between our thoughts, feelings, behaviours, and physical sensations. Often, when we are struggling, we can find ourselves caught in patterns of thinking or behaving that feel difficult to break out of.
