I offer a safe, compassionate, non-judgemental and calm space for you to feel valued and accepted in what you choose to bring to the sessions. I work integratively which means I draw on a range of psychological theories and approaches to find what works best for you. I am trained at Masters level in person centred, psychodynamic, cognitive and behavioural approaches, and have further training in mindfulness-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
