I offer a friendly, non-judgemental counselling approach so together we can explore your issues and help you to feel better. I have a lot of experience in working with anxiety, low mood, bereavement, overwhelm, low self esteem, trauma and intrusive thoughts. My basic aim as your counsellor or psychotherapist is to help you feel more in control of your life. Some of my clients leave my sessions armed with effective self-help techniques so that they can manage their problems or distress better.
