I'm a therapist who works primarily with a style of therapy called existential psychotherapy. This means that my approach is primarily grounded in existential philosophy and ethics. I also integrate intersectional feminist, queer and de-colonial therapy perspectives into my work. Existential therapy does not seek to interpret the challenges of human existence through the lens of disorder or illness.
