I am an experienced psychodynamic psychotherapist, working with individuals over the age of 18 both face-to-face and online. I completed a rigorous four-year postgraduate training, leading to registration with both the BACP and the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC). As well as working in private practice, I previously worked for two years in the NHS as part of the South London and Maudsley Trust in Croydon. I understand that seeking therapy or counselling is a big step.
