I am a registered counsellor with the BACP and nearing the completion of a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology. As a neurodivergent therapist, I prioritise creating an accepting space. My approach is focused on building a strong therapeutic relationship. I am an integrative counsellor, that draws upon relational psychodynamic, systemic, CBT, and third-wave approaches.
