I offer counselling in North London from my private practice in Winchmore Hill, Enfield. I also work with people online or via telephone. I specialise in a type of counselling called “psychodynamic counselling”. This type of counselling helps tackle complex issues from the past that continue to affect your life today. Many of the traumas and unconscious conflicts we experience are often deeply rooted and connected to our past.
