Hello I'm Fay - a very friendly and approachable Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Relationship Counsellor at Evolve Therapy Rooms based in Ryton, Tyne & Wear. I have a real passion of helping people to help themselves with extensive experience working with a range of mental health problems, with particular expertise in helping people with anxiety. I work with clients either face to face, by video or by telephone. I help adults, couples and children from age 8.
