I am an Accredited EMDR Consultant and IFS Level 2 therapist for adults, young adults and children. I am a qualified and experienced Children and Young Person (CYP) Counsellor and a systemic family practitioner. I am psychodynamically trained and work primarily with adults but do have availability for children and young people. I have extensive training and experience in EMDR therapy including EMDR (Attachment Informed), EMDR (Internal Family Systems) and EMDR for Children and Young People.
