I believe there is no one size fits all in therapy and exploring relationally what is right for you is at the heart of how I work. My own journey through life’s challenges, and my search to make meaning and find a more grounded sense of self took me into therapy and led me to explore other healing practices. These included NLP, psychodynamic therapy, human centred therapy, somatic therapy, and voice dialogue, as well as yoga, meditation and mindfulness practices.
