About

I am a therapist with a strong interest in supporting individuals through grief, trauma, identity exploration, emotional regulation, and life transitions. My work is informed by an understanding that people carry complex histories i.e personal, relational, cultural, and systemic ; and that healing often happens through both reflection and action. I work with individuals, communities, and organizations, supporting concerns related to anxiety, mood and affective disorders, relationships, career development, resilience, and personal growth. I am particularly attentive to how stress, trauma, and unprocessed experiences show up in everyday life, work, relationships, and self-perception. My therapeutic style is calm, collaborative, and grounded. I value creating a space that feels safe enough for honest exploration, while also being structured enough to support progress. Clients often describe the work as steady, supportive, and practical focused on helping them feel more resourced, more grounded, and more confident in navigating their lives.
