My name is Gail and I work with children, young people and adults within my counselling practice in Middle Rasen, Lincolnshire and surrounding areas. I have worked with children and young people within eductaion for just over 20 years. I also educated myself further in Forest School and taught outdoors. Throughout this time is where I learned a great deal about the benefits of nature and the natural effects it has on health and well-being.
