I come to therapy with a life shaped by leadership, responsibility, and a deep respect for the complexity of human experience. Alongside my work as a psychotherapist, I have spent decades leading organisations in the voluntary sector across Scotland. I worked closely with issues of poverty, trauma, addiction, homelessness, and inequality. This dual perspective strongly informs my therapeutic practice. My journey into psychotherapy was not a departure from leadership, but a deepening of it.
