A very warm welcome to Ridgeway Restorative Counselling Practice. I'm Gaynor, an integrative psychotherapist based in Newport, South Wales. I work in several different modalities, firstly from a person-centred approach which means I will actively listen to you and any concerns you may want to bring to counselling. I offer a safe space to explore whatever is making you feel 'stuck', anxious or depressed in a confidential, non-judgemental and empathetic environment.
