My name is George and I am a qualified Gestalt Counsellor based in Southampton. I have much experience of client work and have dealt with a wide range of issues. Gestalt is a humanistic approach to counselling which focuses on our individual experiences and how we relate to others and our environment. It focuses on the 'here and now' and aims to raise awareness.
