When you come to therapy with me, you can expect a warm, open, and collaborative space where your experiences are taken seriously and your pace is respected. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to walk alongside you as you explore what feels important, helping you make sense of your thoughts and feelings in a safe and supportive way. I recognise that sitting face-to-face and talking isn’t always the most effective or comfortable way for everyone to explore their experiences.
