Feeling anxious, stuck or overwhelmed can be lonely and confusing. Often, we fear being a burden or being judged - an inside voice saying 'my problems aren't big enough' or 'others have it worse'. As the result, difficult emotions we bottle up can surface as anxiety, depression, mood swings, sleep issues or a sense of hopelessness.
