Hello I am Heather an Integrative Counsellor with a core modality of CBT. My training allows me to use differing modalities to suit you the client eg Person Centred, psychodynamic or attachment theory. I trained to Degree level and have overall 12 years of experience plus 8 years working in private practice as well as also working for local charities such as Samaritans and local Hospice working with bereaved clients.
