Trauma Specialist. Welcome to Blue Orchid Psychotherapy. My name is Helen. I'm a warm, empathic, fully qualified and experienced integrative adult & child psychotherapist. I'm passionate about supporting people through periods of 'stuckness', distress and overwhelm. I am highly skilled in trauma work and a wide range of mental health conditions. I have previously worked in mental health hospitals practising on both addiction and general psychiatry units, in children's care homes and schools.
