Hello, my name is Helena Prentice (Dip. Psych. Couns. MBACP) and I am a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor and a member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy). I am insured and ICO registered, and I also hold an up-to-date Disclosure and Barring Service Certificate. As well as running my private practice, Enlightened Minds Therapy, I have also worked within an NHS setting providing therapy to adults and children between 5 and 18 years of age.
