I'm Henry, a Humanistic Integrative Counsellor based in North London. My practise as a counsellor prioritises creating a safe, confidential, non-judgmental space, in which empathy and compassion for your concerns are ever-present. My training as a Humanistic counsellor is grounded in the belief that every individual has a capacity for growth, self-awareness, and healing from difficult life experiences or traumas.
