My approach is to deeply understand what causes disturbances and set an inspiring goal to enable and empower you to become unstuck and heal. We work to build: • ways to calm, relax and self-care • better ways to manage unhelpful thoughts and beliefs • more awareness of what triggers you and how to respond, not react • self-confidence, self-belief and resilience. This is through exercises, self-reflection, role plays and visualisations.
