I offer a curious, compassionate and non-judgemental space. Therapy is collaborative; we make sense of things together. I aim to create a space that feels safe enough to explore difficult emotions and patterns. At the same time, I may gently challenge you (always with care) to help you notice recurring themes, past experiences and ways of relating that may be shaping your present. We usually begin with what feels most pressing, while gradually exploring the wider context of your life.
